so here's a bit I had on working on being able to make yourself angry, lol :
For the sake of the anger point, I was thinking the ideal tulpamancy is akin to anger. It can be inspired by conditioning, thinking of something that makes you angry, but it's largely a "bottom up" emotion. You can control the situation to make it happen, but you cannot (genuinely) decide to make it happen like you can decide to pick up your arm in a moment
It's easy.
Step 1) Honestly believe, at least in a compartmentalized way, that you can decide to be angry.
Step 2) Decide you are angry.
Step 3) Pay attention to anything that feels like anger. Keep feeding it your attention and focus, concentrate on keeping it present. Keep doing this with anything else that pops up that feels along the lines of anger.
Practice, practice practice.
Each time it's easier to bring those feelings back, and get to more intense ones quicker.
It's basically like biofeedback stuff
It literally is how we decide to calm down, it's just people actually practice that. But it's practically the same process
